Applicants interested in applying for a Madhya Pradesh Driving Licence online should adhere to the following steps:

• Begin by accessing the Transport Service Portal at https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/ to initiate the application process for a Madhya Pradesh Driving Licence.
• Once on the portal, click on "Drivers/Learners Licence" located on the main page. Subsequently, choose "Madhya Pradesh" from the list of state names.

• Upon accessing the home page, you will find an option to "Apply For Learner Licence." Click on this option, and a series of steps will appear on your screen.
• Proceed by clicking on "Continue" to move forward in the application process.

• On the new page, select General and now select Applicant does not hold any driving / Learner licence issued in India and click on submit.

• Now two options will appear on your screen, out of these you select Submit Via Aadhaar Authentication and click Submit.

• Now a page will open on your screen, enter your Aadhaar card number and click on Generate OTP.
• Now enter the OTP received on the mobile number linked to the Aadhaar card, mark all three terms and conditions and click on Authenticate.

• Next, the comprehensive details from your Aadhaar card will be displayed on your screen. Candidates should proceed by clicking on the "Proceed" option.
• On the subsequent page, select your Regional Transport Office (RTO), provide all the requested information, and furnish complete address details.

Complete the registration process, upload all required documents, make the online payment for Driving Licence (DL) fees, and proceed to take the Learner's Licence (LL) test online.

Apply for a Permanent DL In Madhya Pradesh

After getting a learner's licence, you can apply for a permanent driving licence within six months, the validity period of the learner's licence. During this time, you must be accompanied by a licensed driver.

To get a permanent licence, book a driving test slot. Once you pass the test and your documents are verified, the RTO will send your permanent licence to your address.
